Service fee and Expected waiting time：
Every ISAC Certified Animal Communicator has undergone the same 2-year professional training program, but has a different waiting time depending on individual’s workload at the moment. If you don’t specify any animal communicator to handle your case, the normal waiting time is 2-5 days. If the situation is urgent (lost or very sick animal), we might be able to shorten the waiting time (no additional fee will be charged), depending on the availability of the animal communicators.
Where are you located：The fee for each animal communication service is HK$500. All ISAC Certified Animal Communicators have the same service fee and terms. After submitting this form, an animal communicator will contact you with bank account details. Once you have deposited the fee to the specified bank account, you would start lining up for the communication service.
